The office is closed for lunch between the hours of 12pm-1pm every day.  Please make arrangements ahead of time if you think you might arrive during the lunch hour.  We would hate for you to have to wait outside the gate!

All lots are 50 amp.  You are responsible for having an adapter to accommodate the electrical requirements for your rig.  Adapters are for sale in the office.

CABLE AND INTERNET:  NOT AVAILABLE FOR DAILY RENTALS!  Included with rent but guests must pick up their cable box and modem at the Spectrum office in order to take advantage of of this offer.  You can create your own personal WI-FI by also purchasing a router or bringing one with you.  See details HERE.

• Monthly Rates are for 30 days.

• Rates include all utilities except propane and electricity when specified.

• Electricity is metered at $0.12 KWH and will be billed according to the amount consumed.

• *Cable and internet are not available without equipment from Spectrum, stays less that a week may choose not to use this service.  DETAILS

• For tents, vans, pop-up campers without the use of electricity on site and do not require full hookups, there is a daily rate of $40.00.  NO GENERATORS ALLOWED. No weekly or monthly rates are available for this category.

• Sites are generally rented to two adults. If you have additional occupancy, please notify office.

• Check in time is 3:00 pm, check out time is 11:00 am.  

• There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks and rates are non-refundable.

• Rates are subject to change at any time.

• MasterCard, VISA, and Discover accepted. 

• There will be a 4% fee on credit/debit card charges.  No charge for cash or check.
